Jacob is one of HG’s Associate Managers. He has been in the customer service industry for 3 years and is always eager to learn something new. He is excited to be a part of HG and ready to help anyone and everyone. Jacob is fluent in Spanish and helps out interpreting for our associations if needed. When away from work, he enjoys going on walks with his new puppy Aspen, spending time with family, and loves to travel!
