Mr. Gilbert joined HG Management as part of a successful effort in December 2016 to promote growth and executive leadership as CFO/COO. He serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Board of Directors.

In his role as CFO/COO, Mr. Gilbert is principally responsible for the establishment and execution of (People, Process, and Systems) strategy for HG Management designed to deliver competitive advantage to employees as they operate in their local markets and serve their clients. Prior to joining HG Management, Mr. Gilbert spent nearly 20+ years focused on serving clients in a number of senior executive positions. He is a CPA and maintains credentials as a CITP and CGMA.

Most recently, Mr. Gilbert served as CFO/COO for a Colorado based multi-discipline engineering firm. During his career, he worked in the engineering, construction, medical, real estate, and automotive industries. He has worked throughout the United States and internationally. Mr. Gilbert, focuses on strategic planning, synergies, technology, processes, quality, company culture, and employee development and training. Mr. Gilbert is a proud U.S. Army veteran and serves on many technology group committees, church committees, and school committees.
